Therapy Supervisor- The VNA in Indian River County is seeking a full-time Therapy Supervisor. Responsible for the supervision/evaluation of all therapy disciplines and manage patient caseload. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida with at least three years of satisfactory experience in the field of physical therapy. Must have at least two years with an approved Home Health Agency. DFWP
Occupational Therapist– The VNA in Vero Beach is seeking per-diem and full-time Occupational Therapist to perform home visits. Must have one year of experience. Must be registered in the state of Florida and a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy School. DFWP
Family Nurse Practitioner- The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner to be back-up primary care for our Mobile Clinic in Indian River County on Sundays.
