VNA Hospice Welcomes New Director of Professional Services

The VNA is pleased to announce that Marilyn Conley, RN, BSN, MBA, has joined the organization as director of professional services for its hospice division.
 
Conley has more than 20 years of clinical, educational and managerial experience in both home healthcare and hospice settings. In her new role, Conley will be responsible for the management and direction for all aspects of the hospice program at the VNA. Prior to joining the VNA, she served as the administrative director of crisis services for TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care in Sarasota, where she managed several departments that covered a four-county area and served more than 950 patients agency wide.
 
In addition to working at TideWell Hospice, Conley previously worked at LifePath Hospice & Palliative Care, where she managed an eight-bed hospice house and a triage department that cared for more than 1,600 patients in a four-county area. Prior to moving to Florida, Conley worked for healthcare and hospice companies in the Dallas area and Oklahoma.
 
Conley received her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla. and her master’s in business administration from Florida Metropolitan University.
