The VNA of the Treasure Coast will be joining hundreds of organizations across the nation to celebrate National VNA Week, May 6-12, 2012. National VNA Week aims to raise public awareness about home healthcare and hospice and the critical role clinicians and associates play in providing quality, affordable services to the community.
During this week, the VNA will recognize the importance of the associates who support the VNA’s mission and vision of providing the highest quality patient care. To celebrate National VNA Week, the VNA is asking community members who have had a personal experience with the VNA to share their stories on the VNA’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/vnatc. Community members can also make a donation in honor of their caregiver by clicking the “Make a Donation” icon on the Facebook page. All donations will help provide Indian River County residents with comprehensive healthcare from trained clinicians and caregivers regardless of their ability to pay.
“The VNA prides itself on service excellence, which cannot be achieved without the help of dedicated associates who are passionate about patient care. National VNA Week is a time when those employees can be recognized for their hard work and commitment to the organization and the community,” said Joyce Baldrica, VNA President and CEO.
