Ann Marie McCrystal Honored at VNAA 25th Anniversary Conference

Vero Beach, FL (May 31, 2007) — Ann Marie McCrystal, chairman of the VNA & Hospice Foundation board of directors, was recently recognized by the Visiting Nurse Association of America (VNAA) at its 25th Anniversary Conference held April 25–27, 2007 in Palm Desert, California. McCrystal, who has attended every VNAA Annual Meeting for the past 25 years, was noted by Carolyn Markey, president and CEO of the VNAA, for her dedication and support of the VNAA and the Visiting Nurse Association community.

The VNA & Hospice Foundation seeks contributions from the community to support the home health and hospice programs of the VNA of the Treasure Coast, which provides home-based healthcare services, including skilled nursing care; home health aides; physical, speech, and occupational therapy; as well as companions and personal transportation. The non-profit organization also provides community wellness services such as flu and pneumonia vaccination clinics, blood pressure/blood sugar screenings, a mobile healthcare unit, and a speakers bureau.
