VNA Thrift Avenue Needs New Space

VERO BEACH, Fla. (Aug.  19, 2005) –VNA Thrift Avenue, which helps support VNA Hospice services and programs, needs a new space early next year after its current location has been sold.

The store requires 3,500 square feet of retail space, as well as 25 parking spots for customers and volunteers in the Vero Beach area.

“Thrift Avenue plays an important role within VNA Hospice,” said Tracey Soethe, volunteer manager. “Proceeds from the store are funneled directly into the hospice program to provide care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and to help with the ongoing day-to-day operating expenses of Hospice House.”

VNA Thrift Avenue, currently located at 1146 21st St, is open Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.  The store accepts gently used furniture, clothing and other household donations daily during store hours.
