VERO BEACH, Fla. – (September 20, 2006) – The Visiting Nurse Association welcomes Kerry Cosner and Michael Gardner to its skilled team of professionals.
Cosner joined the VNA as the IT manager and information security officer. His previous experience includes working as the IS operations supervisor, information security officer, and IS auditor at Indian River Medical Center. Cosner is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management of information systems at Florida Metropolitan University.
Gardner comes to the VNA with communications experience and will serve as the community relations manager. Most recently, Gardner worked as the business development program manager for XStream Systems, Inc. He has a master’s degree in publications design from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in English from Penn State University.
“These are two crucial positions in our growing organization,” said Sharon Broome, President/CEO. “An experienced IT manager will strengthen our ongoing data security initiatives, while capitalizing on advances in healthcare technology.
