VNA & SRA to Host Fall Senior & Caregiver Health Fairs

The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast and the Senior Resource Association are partnering to host two Senior & Caregiver Health Fairs this fall as follows:

Vero Beach
Friday, November 14, 2008
9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Vero Beach Community Center

Sebastian
Saturday, December 6, 2008
9 a.m. - Noon
Sebastian Senior Center
(815 Davis St., Sebastian)

These exciting events, which coincide with National Home Care Month and National Hospice Month, will include community resource booths, educational information, free health screenings, flu and pneumonia shots, consultations, refreshments and more. The events are free and open to the public, so please join us!
